My experience:
JAYJUN Honey Dew Green Mask is a lovely surprise for me. Despite the high alcohol content and not entirely lovely fragrance of the essence I was quite intrigued by this sheet mask. I’ve got mine from the sheet mask subscription box here in NL. I’ve never seen JAYJUN sold here so this mask was very wanted by me. The packaging of this mask is very classic and has bright green colors on it that makes it pleasant to look at. It is very easy to open and the sheet inside was ok to handle for the application.
The sheet is made of cupra type of fabric and has a very good fit on my face. The only downside I could notice was that it was on a short side not covering my forehead entirely. The adherence of the sheet was superb. Essence in this particular mask is translucent and has a light green hue to it. It feels oily to the touch yet has a very watery consistency.
Once applied the sheet doesn’t bulge no matter what you do. I quite liked to wear it for those 20 minutes. It is my luck that I have a flu now because at the moment when I was using it I had a cold and didn’t smell the essence well. One thing I could sense was alcohol. I am personally not a fan of sheet mask containing so much alcohol that it overpowers whatever fragrance is added to the mix. After removal the leftover essence was absorbed quite quickly leaving a very dewy finish on my skin.
My skin felt very soft and supple after this mask and has been looking radiant. Radiant to the point of looking oily. Since my skin is naturally oily that was not a good sign for me mening than in an hour or so my face would be a total grease-ball. And so it happened. I would therefore not recommend it to anyone with oily skin. On the opposite side of spectrum, people with dry and normal skin types would love this mask. The effects are so vivid and skin feels so fresh and youthful after using this sheet mask. I did not notice any brightening results in terms of reducing the pigmentation on my skin. Instead, my skin just had that healthy glow to it.
