After cleansing and finishing your regular skincare routine, take the mask out of the pouch and apply onto the face. After 10 – 20 minutes of use, remove the sheet mask and gently pat leftover essence to increase absorption.

My experience:
Vita 8 Nutritive Mask turned out to be as good as the Cicaherb mask if not better. I applied it on one of those days when my skin was just not having a good day. It was dry and oily at the same time, with deep wrinkles and showing my pigment spots again. Whatever is in this sheet mask has saved my day.
As with the other sheet masks from E Nature, the design is very minimalistic and recognizable. I like it a lot. Sheet inside is very thick and made of synthetic material. There is a protective coating that ensures easier application of the mask. The sheet is very thin and adheres very well to my skin. There are few slits around the outer edge of this mask that improve the fit.
Essence was clear and felt like a mixture between water and gel. It was droopy and had some slip to it. What was left in the bag was enough to cover my entire legs. Impressive! I could wear this mask for 30 minutes and the fabric was still pretty much very moist after the removal. Essence sunk into my skin in a heartbeat and left no tacky feeling behind. Love it when it happens! To me it is always a cue that my make-up will go effortlessly over my skin.
Speaking if the results, this mask did everything it promised! I was left with flawless calm, plump, nourished skin. It also looked like this mask has lightened my face as well. The hydration results lasted me beyond 24 hour mark. Greatness in a bag!
