Directions from the manufacturer:
Remove the sheet from the pouch and carefully unfold. Apply to the entire face with the protective side outward, avoiding the delicate eye area. Carefully peel off the protective film and then relax for 10 to 20 minutes. Remove the sheet and gently pat the remaining Extreme Cream into the skin allowing for additional absorption.

My experience:
Real Barrier Extreme Cream Mask is brand's best seller for a reason. It is so soothing and nourishing at the same time that my skin is getting all it needs within 20 minutes of wearing time. The Atopalm company behind it manufactures a lot of products for people with skin medical conditions making it a very good head-turner for people with sensitive skin. Be cautious though to read through all of the ingredients and see if there is anything specific your skin reacts to before you buy these beauties.
The sheet mask itself is made of very thin soft fabric similar to one used in HUXLEY masks. The major difference is the essence it comes with. It is very rich ahd thick in texture and has an opaque milky white color to it. It is richly scented with some essential oils and from what I can smell it is mainly bergamot/lavender/citrusy mix that creates the unforgettable aroma. Simply said, if you love scented masks, this one is divine.
The cut of the mask is perfect for my face. The sheet has tiny cutouts on the inner corners of eyeholes creating that flawless airless adherence. Once mask is on your face, it will not move until you take it off. The wearing time is 20 minutes and on me it extends beyond that. Even when my skin is irritated after workout or chemical peel, the wearing time is still 20+ minutes. I put these babes to the test in different environment over past 2 months and I am proud to report that they are to date the best calming and nourishing mask in one.
The finish you are left with on the skin can only be described as velvety. If you prefer some hard-core sheet mask over 10 serums in PM routine, this must be the one to go for. Beside basic hydration it delivers a bunch of revitalizing and anti-age ingredients directly to your skin. One thing for sure, people with dry skin will appreciate it, so will people with aggravated/red/itchy skin. Having one of these in your arsenal is a must. If you seek more lighter textures for daily use or to use in AM hours, better go for the Aqua Soothing Ampoule mask. Will I repurchase this one in particular? Already did 😉
