Directions from the manufacturer:
Take the mask out of the pack and apply onto dry clean lips. Keep it on for 10-20 minutes and then gently remove it. Pat the remaining essence into your lips and apply moisturizing lip balm.

My experience:
Today I am talking about another JiiNJU product that I was lucky to try out - JiiNJU Red Cherry Gel Lip Mask. I love their packaging and the fact that this lip mask comes in vacuum sealed pouch for extra freshness and obviously for hygienic reasons. This being said, a quick reminder: do not reuse gel masks and discard them after you are done wearing one. The chance that yo will clog pores causing breakouts is almost imminent since bacteria loves these types of masks to thrive in.
Upon opening the pack I was quite surprised because of the thickness of this mask. It felt heavy and bulky and smelled of cherry soda. Because of it's thickness there were some issues with adherence to my face pure due to the fact that it it was so big. I ended up laying down to use gravity assistance to keep this mask in place. After 10-15 minutes it finally adhered well so I could run around and do some laundry.
JiiNJU lip mask is transparent in color which is very odd. I've tried these out in every rainbow color but never had a transparent one before. I like it a lot. To me it means that there are no artificial colorants added meaning you will not get accidental lip staining (I had purple lips once from the KNESKO lip hydrogels). Did I mention this thing smells like cherry lemonade? Oh yes, I did 🙂 Don't try to lick the mask though, it's bitter.
What about wearing time you may ask? You can decide for yourself for how long do you want your mouth to remain shut. My max was 60 minutes and after that I felt thirsty so I had to remove it. We can make a challenge out of it ->"Who wears this mask for the longest period of time?" I'd recommend this challenge for chatter-boxes in particular. Jokes aside, my lips felt really hydrated afterwards and seemed more plump and smooth. To obtain best results, exfoliate your lips prior to application and then seal everything with a good lip product to lock all of that moisture in. Klavuu lip balm was my weapon of choice and my lips looked amazing for the next 2 days!
