After cleansing and finishing your regular skincare routine, take the mask out of the pouch and apply onto the face. After 10 – 20 minutes of use, remove the sheet mask and gently pat leftover essence to increase absorption.

My experience:
Bio-Zeup Mask by E Nature is packed to the brim with antioxidants and anti-ageing ingredients. It has met all it's claims and surprised me in a very positive way. It is so cooling and refreshing on my tired and angry skin. I felt the soothing and calming instantly after application and it felt amazing!
The ingredient's list on this is wowza! Nearly all of the items on the list have great hydrating properties. Translucent water-like essence has a pleasant citrus and bergamot smell. It is somewhat medicinal and fermenty'ish at the same time. Not my favorite but also not the worse I've tried. I wish that E Nature brand would come out with ampoule containing this essence inside. It is so light but is a true powerhouse on the skin.
The packaging is very E Nature if you know what I mean. Very simple, very elegant, nothing out of place. The sheet mask comes with plastic backing for the ease of use. Material of the mask is very moldable and super soft. Reminds me of the Airy sheet masks by MISSHA but these seem to hold onto the moisture much better. The wearing time was 25 minutes on a warm dry day. Fit and adherence are superb. Placement of the cutouts is very close to my face shape making it a staple for me for daily or every-other-day use.
I Will definitely repurchase the 10-packs once I run out of mu MISSHA Airy masks that are still needed to be tested out. This mask is mazing neutral mask for all skin types. Rich in antioxidants, light on the skin, it transformed my angry irritated skin is a whiff. The end results are comparable to using vit C peeling and barrier cream in one and sleeping on it. I am blown away that sheet mask has achieved the same bright even complexion on me as actives + good night sleep.
