Application directions from the manufacturer:
Unfold the sheet mask and attach to face. Adjust mask sheet to fit eyes, nose, and mouth. Keep mask on for 15 to 20 minutes. Take mask off and pat down excess essence.

My experience:
The packaging of the Esfolio Green Tea Essence Mask is nice and memorable with all it’s little drawings on the front. Unfortunately the sachet doesn’t open well. Mine ripped in diagonal and it took a lot of force to remove the loosely hanging flap. Next time, if I lay my hands on the Esfolio stuff in the future, I will use scissors for sure.
The sheet of this mask is made of thick and elastic cotton fiber that is quite soft to the touch. I did like the material a lot. It reminds me somehow of the MISSHA’s Pure Source sheet mask fabric. I smelled the mask from the pack and it smelled of something fermenting there. Once the mask ws on my face I was clearly smelling the green tea with lemon in it. Overall, not offensive and not too strong scent which I kept smelling up until the point when the mask was removed. Fit was excellent for my round face!
I took the mask off after 15 minutes. By that time it was already almost completely dry at the edges. The remaining essence sunk into my skin within 2 minutes and my face looked hydrated and had no stiky feel to it. I did not apply any make-up over it but I do feel it was possible without foundation sliding all over my face after couple of hours. (note to myself- need to acquire one more of these masks to test this theory).
